Kit can be ordered by downloading the pdf below, fill in the order form and leave at the check-in desk at the start of any Seals session, or by contacting Gill Sarginson by telephone or e-mail.

Ordered kit will be available for collection at the swimmers next Seals session or by alternative arrangements if discussed. Where costumes are supplied, a range of sizes to try on can be provided. Please bring along a cheque made payable to S.W.A.S.C. on collection.

Kit prices at Saffron Seals have remained unchanged for the last 3 years. Unfortunately due to increasing supply costs, VAT increases and increased delivery charges, it has been necessary to increase the price of a number of our items. We believe that the kit still provides good value for money and stands up to the rigours of swim training – the club looks fantastic in it as well! We hope you will continue to enjoy using it. These training flippers can be ordered on request. Payment is required prior to ordering but if the size is not correct, the club will organise reordering or a refund.

Dear Seals Members, as part of our ongoing fundraising for starting blocks, we are able to offer personalised 'Saffron Seals' hoodies and mugs. Hoodies are available to order at £19.99 and mugs at £4.99. Both items will include the Seals logo and can be personalised with names/initials. Samples of these items will be available to view at training sessions.

Please pay in cash or by cheque made payable to SWASC to be received by 30th November. All orders will be ready in plenty of time for Christmas.

swimwear Rules
Jan 2010
From 1st January 2010 all competitions in England, Scotland and Wales applied the FINA rules below in relation to Swimsuits for swimming (excluding Masters and Open Water) competitions.

Current FINA rules state:-
GR 5 SWIMWEAR
GR 5.1 The swimwear (swimsuit, cap and goggles) of all competitors shall be in good moral taste and suitable for the individual sports disciplines and not to carry any symbol which may be considered offensive.
GR 5.2 All swimsuits shall be non transparent.
GR 5.3 The referee of a competition has the authority to exclude any competitor whose swimsuit or body symbols do not comply with this Rule.
BL 8.2 In swimming competitions the competitor must wear only one swimsuit in one or two pieces. No additional items, like arm bands or leg bands shall be regarded as parts of a swimsuit.
BL 8.3 From January 1, 2010 swimwear for men shall not extend above the navel nor below the knee, and for women, shall not cover the neck, extend past the shoulder, nor shall extend below knee. All swimsuits shall be made from textile materials.
